Behavioral Technician -FULL TIME "Apply" Full Time, Center and Home Based
Implement ABA interventions specified in the Behavior Support Plan (created by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst) of children under 6 years of age that assists the children with acquiring, retaining, improving, and generalizing the skills necessary to function successfully in the home and community.
These skills may be specific to improving behavior, improving their ability to self-help, improve socialization, or improving the individual’s ability to adapt to their environment. Supports are behavioral, self-care and habilitative related tasks performed and/or supervised by the Behavior Technician in the child's home in accordance with the approved behavioral support plans.
Service Supports may include behavioral supports and training, adaptive skill development, assistance with activities of daily living and safe community inclusion which assist the child to reside in the most integrating setting appropriate to his/her needs.
Additional Requirements:
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related Social Service field.
- Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.
- Must comply with all HIPAA (confidentiality) laws as it relates to Protected Health Information.
- Must be reliable, punctual, organized, and a self starter.
