Physical Therapy in Clifton and Fair Lawn for Knee

Lay down or site with your right knee bent, your foot flat, and with a strap around your right ankle/shin.

Bend your knee as far as you can, then pull with the strap to increase the stretch.

Hold and repeat as advised by your Holsman Physical Therapy and Wellness P.C. Physical Therapist.
