Holsman Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is spearheading a physical activity grass roots campaign encouraging people of all ages to keep physically active especially more so during the age of Covid-19. Our five minute plank challenge #HolsmanPT5minutechallenge would hopefully motivate people to do 150 minutes of moderate physical activity throughout the week consisting of aerobic workout and at least two days a week of strengthening exercise*. We also encourage everyone to support their favorite charities in this unprecedented time of need.
Challenge at least five of your friends to do the 5 minute plank exercise and donate to their favorite charity.
If you are not able to complete the challenge, consult a Physical Therapist to achieve your physical activity and movement goals.
